I called Terry-owner of Lakes Regional Pump & Irrigation after 7pm , when the water softener that was installed earlier that day somehow killed the well water pump. Terry returned my call and came out first thing in the morning during our blizzard of the month. Terry knew exactly what to do and fixed everything within an hour or 2. The water softener company did not kill the pump it just happened happenstance. The bill was reasonable but what stands out the most is customer service. You cannot go wrong hiring this company!!!

They responded immediately, scheduled to come the same day, and showed up as promised. They got the water running and were prompt in getting a quote for additional work that may be needed.

I initially called having air in my flushing/raucets. He was quick to respond to my inquiry and it was determined it was due to my older water filtration system. He gave me different options and we both agreed on one as the best option. I have dealt with contractors many many times, but I cannot begin to explain the wonderful service and work completion. He even did a water test which determined one problem, but after the new filtration system, the problem had been corrected via a second water test. I cannot comment enough words to compliment how well this project was completed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Very timely response to my well pump problem, which left me without water at my vacation home. Terry not only immediately fixed the pump problem (no pressure), but he also educated me on how to troubleshoot the problem if it happens again. His assistant was also very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer and would hire Terry again in a heartbeat.
